SF&S Construction

SF&S Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of SF&S Inc., broadens pathways to skilled union jobs and provides training to non-profit programs, serving as a “first experience” into the construction trades. It is signatory with Local 261 in Northern CA and Local 300 and Local 12 in Southern CA.

  • David Flin: David has 15 years of business management experience, managing contracts with various organizations including SFDPW, ETIC, DBI Services, PG&E, ENSAFE, and more. He leverages his extensive network of relationships to partner with local businesses in both the public and private service sectors. Additionally, David has a proven track record in identifying and recruiting qualified professional staff from diverse communities.
  • Gary Dellavecchia: Gary has over 33 years of experience in estimation, supervision, cost, and schedule management of construction activities for both environmental and general construction projects. His diverse background spans earthwork, demolition, and underground infrastructure demolition, as well as electrical and mechanical construction operations. Gary has successfully managed projects ranging from $250,000 to $12 million, including landfill closures, underground storage tank (UST) removal and replacement, and erosion control for federal clients such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the U.S. Navy. Additionally, he has supervised numerous environmental projects, including aboveground storage tank (AST) and UST removals, contaminated soil removals, chemical spill response, facility decontamination and demolition, and landfill cap construction.
