SF&S Inc. was founded to provide local under-serviced San Francisco residents with opportunities to establish a sustainable source of income for economic stability. Initially janitorial services were the platform to provide the opportunities which was expanded into Construction Site Cleanup, General Engineering Services, Construction Labor and Support, Construction Site Management, Environmental Hazardous Material Mitigation and Removal and Landscape Management.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of SF&S Inc., SF&S Construction has been created to broaden pathways to skilled Union Jobs (Signatory with Local 261in Northern CA and Local 300 and Local 12 in SoCal) and provide training to non-profit programs as a “first experience” into the construction trades.
